CAN YOU MAKE THEM TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes, we certainly can. You will need to send us through an email to sales@dropbearstorage.com.au Start by letting us know the overall size that you require, the amount and sizes of pockets that you need and the space between them. With our experience we will work with you to make your perfect pocket for your home on wheels. But please note, for quality purposes we do not sew up the middle of any pockets.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We aim to ship all of our standard pockets within 2 business days, however the further from Victoria you are the longer they will take to reach you, please bear this in mind when selecting your shipping option. There is an express option available at check out if you have a tight timeframe.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LUXE AND VINYL?
Firstly, they are different colours. Secondly, Luxe is a higher end softer feel fabric, referred to as leatherette, the newer vans are using this type of fabric. The vinyl is commercial grade quality, hard wearing but with a stiffer, less “luxe”, feel to it. Both products are extremely hard wearing and will Stand up to the rigors of daily use in your van.

I WANT A DRINK BOTTLE POCKET NEXT TO ANOTHER POCKET ON THE SAME BOARD, CAN YOU MAKE THIS FOR ME?
No. Our drink bottle pocket is a totally different design to our standard pockets and the strength of this pocket relies on a much different way of sewing. If we try to mix the two, firstly it would just look awful and secondly, it will end up pulling away from the board and failing. Here at DBS we are all about our quality and we make and test all of our products for many months before we release them. To keep the drink bottle pocket 100% functional, it needs to be a standalone unit.
I WANT A VERY WIDE POCKET AND WANT IT SEWN UP THE MIDDLE. WHAT WOULD YOU ADVISE?
We do not sew up the middle of any pocket. Unlike others out there, we make, and try and test our pockets over many months before we release them and these pockets have started to have the stitching pulling away from the backing and there is a big chance that this will end up splitting the vinyl. We would strongly advise you to have two pockets made and put them side by side. We have examples of how this looks in “our customer pockets” section of the website.
I AM TRAVELLING FULL TIME WITH NO FIXED ADDRESS; HOW DO I GET YOUR POCKETS?
We are totally happy to ship to any parcel collect address that you provide us, so just hop onto the Australia post website to arrange where you will be the following week and let us know.
WHAT POCKET SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY KIDS BUNKS?
This largely depends on the space that you have between your Manchester and the bunk above. You need to allow a bit of room for items to be lifted out too. We suggest grabbing a tape measure, measuring the space that you have and the items that you want to put into the pocket. Remember if you need to swap them due to a size issue, we will do this, but the post back is at your expense.
MY POCKET HAS GOT DIRTY, HOW CAN I CLEAN IT?
You can easily remove, clean, and then rehang your pocket. We recommend tea tree oil for any stubborn marks and just a wipe with soap and water for general cleaning. How to remove the pocket to clean it
ARGH! I DIDN’T MEASURE AND THEY DON’T FIT! CAN I RETURN THEM?
Of course, any unused pocket can be returned, but this is at your expense. Once the pocket arrives back to us in perfect condition, we will happily give you a full refund. Email us first to get a packing slip sales@dropbearstorage.com.au
THESE POCKETS ARE SMALLER THAT I THOUGHT AND DON’T HOLD WHAT I WANT THEM TO! CAN I GET A REFUND?
This is why we supply FULL measurements, not only of the total size, but of the pocket sizes to, so that you can check before you order. But yes, providing that they are unused you can get a full refund once they are returned to us in perfect condition and at your expense. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY POCKET?
