Shipping policy

We aim to ship all items within 3 business days, with the exception of tailor-made pockets which may take up to 4 business days.

Delivery options and costs are calculated at check out when a delivery address is entered.

You can select to Pick up which we will notify you that your order is ready to collect from us in Tecoma, VIC. 3158.

There is an Express Post option, but please be aware that it does not guarantee you next day delivery, this is dependent on Australia Post delivery times at the time of ordering.

Shipping is within select countries and charged according to Australia Post internation charges. Choosing Express post does mean that you jump ahead of other orders as we get them ready in numbered order in which they are placed.

Drop Bear Storage will not be responsible to pay to have any orders resent that are returned back to us due to errors in the shipping information provided by yourself or refusal at the delivery address to accept your order. This will be at the customer cost.
